I’m back. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Mandi. I love the new design. You are so good at what you do. Now for the latest happenings.
As you can see my site is all new and directed all at weight loss. I wanted it to be a place of help and encouragement for others going though or trying to get started on there weight loss journey. So the majority of my post will be weight loss oriented. I will soon have my Food Journal back up and my weight Journal. Also if you click on the picture on the Progress board it will take you to my picture page that is as soon as I create my picture page.
Now to bring you up to speed it’s been a rough two weeks but I did manage to lose 3 more lbs. Total of 89 lbs now. I also took the plunge and joined the YMCA today. I had my treat day and it actually went as planed. I am only 700 calories over for the day. Lately they have ended up being 3000 or more over. So I am happy about that.
Starting Monday I will be going to the Y every week day. I am planing on doing mostly swiming at first but would like to add some weights at some point.

Good luck with the new YMCA plans, too! We got a family package last year and it’s been wonderful for all of us.

When I first met this gentle giant all I could see was his big heart. But, that big heart was what worried me the most. Knowing what a silent killer obesity is, my heart became heavy…upon seeing these latest pictures, my heart is heavy no more but rejoicing. I am bustin’ with excitement for you H-Man. Keep up the fantastic work. You are truly an inspiration.
