He weighs the same in both pictures: 245 pounds. The change is so dramatic! His pants fit him more loosely in the waist now, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Kebaish and team!
We’ve stuck to the walking regimen and I’ll update the blog soon with an entry regarding the walking shoes we bought.
