Nice healthy lunch and weigh in day 03/07/14

Well I was too hungry and lazy to take a picture of my own lunch but you get the idea. Made a nice pita bread sandwich out of a can of white albacore tuna, horseradish sauce, broccoli and jalapeno.

Kimberley and I are back on our healthy eating plan after a two week hiatus and vacation. We both gained around 5 lbs. I weighed in today at 336 up 5 from 3 weeks ago and she is 253 up 6. ¬†We are heading into warmer weather so it’s going to get much easier to get exercise and easier to get the good summer time veggies.
