This video sums it up for me, when the Afro-american community nearly go into shock after hearing that Obama is our new President. It goes to show that we don’t(or didn’t) live in a racially fair society.

This alone is a great step in the relationship between the black and white members of this country.

We can now say we are truely the land of oppurtunity and diversity. And not a society just for the rich and the white.

When you are on the white side, it’s easy to say that this is history. But raising three beautiful black children, I can tell you it wasn’t.

Now we can start to say….it is.

Also, as I have said. Voting for Obama is going to change the world. Already other countries stand with their mouth agape because we have elected a ‘black’ president. America has a reputation of being a rich white man’s country. But now we have finally shown we are a diverse culture, as we advertise to the world, but had never delivered until now.

So many doors have been opened last night. Now lets hope some minds have been as well….
